Mam: Pregnant 19 weeks (Baby 17 weeks)

Remember relaxation is everything, so go put your feet up, and relax!

Its important to eat healty when pregnant!

Baby grows, and mam aches just a bit. Lower abdominal aches, dizziness, swelling of ankles and feet, backaches, and leg cramps are common, since the work of carrying your baby is hard! Speak to your doctor about pain relief if needed.  And remember relaxation is everything, so go put your feet up, have a glass of juice, and read something that makes you happy![1]

Remember the old (and not so old!) pregnancy motto - "Why stand when you can sit. Why sit when you can lie."
