Mam: Pregnant 30 weeks (Baby 28 weeks)

You have just about 10 weeks left now but the third timester is possibly the most uncomfortable time of your pregnancy

Your uterus is now 4 inches above your navel.  Discomfort may continue.[1]

You have just about 10 weeks left now but its possibly the most uncomfortable time of your pregnancy. You will feel the need to go to the toilet a lot as the babys head is now pressing on your bladder, your breast will be tender and you will possibly have pregnancy heartburn. And of course you will be tired and wanting lots of rest.

Indigestion is one of the most common (and annoying) pregnancy ailments. Here's why: The same pregnancy hormones that cause your body's pelvic muscles to relax so you can deliver your baby also relax the ring of muscle that separates the esophagus from the stomach. The result: food and digestive juices can head upstream from your tummy into your chest and throat — hence, the infernal inferno. Your expanding uterus, now exerting pressure on your stomach, only fuels the fire. [2]

So eat smaller meals, simpler food, avoid fatty or fried foods. Avoid coffee and fizzy drinks!
